Losing a loved one is one of life’s most challenging experiences. With offices in Forbes, Parkes, Dubbo, and Tumut, we provide compassionate and professional support to families across NSW, ensuring every legal requirement is handled with care and precision. Whether there’s a valid Will or not, our experienced Solicitors are here to guide you through every step of the process.

What is PROBATE?

Probate is the legal process of validating a deceased person’s Will. It authorises the executor named in the Will to manage the estate, ensuring all assets and liabilities are accounted for and distributed according to the deceased’s wishes.

What are LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION?

When someone passes away without a Will (intestate) or if the appointed executor is unable to act, letters of administration are required. These documents allow an administrator, appointed by court, to manage the estate in compliance with NSW laws.
