Biography

Originally from Sydney, Helen joined Allwright Bourke as a Solicitor in 2023 following an exciting and long-awaited ‘tree-change’. 

Prior to being admitted as a Solicitor, Helen spent 10 years working and learning under the guidance of experienced Barristers and Solicitors as a Paralegal, whilst simultaneously undertaking the Legal Profession Admission Board’s Diploma in Law course, graduating in 2021.  

Helen practices primarily in Criminal Law, defending clients charged with State and Commonwealth offences in both Local and District Courts. She is a dedicated, thorough, articulate, and confident Courtroom advocate.  

Since joining Allwright Bourke, Helen has expanded her areas of practice to include assisting clients with Wills & Estates, Family Law and Conveyancing matters. 

Helen is passionate about the law, working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients in a timely and cost-effective way. Outside the office, Helen is a keen equestrian and lover of all things country music.
